How do I get Mini connectivity from car to sync with iPhone 10

I’m not getting my Mini connectivity app to sync with car. I get an non capatible phone error from the car. I run into a page 404 URL error when I go online to determine phone compatibility. I’m trying to avoid a $195 fee when going to dealer

This is for 2011 Countryman S

 

My opinion: Give up on the app. Had my 2016 Countryman for 18 months and can never get it to work. They promote it but then don't support it. There are two versions of Mini Connected out there and neither works. Supposedly the newer version is for newer cars only. I'm extremely disappointed in Mini for that app and also pushing it when they were selling it (not that I really needed it but it would have been nice). I even asked Mini corporate for a t shirt or something to make me happy but they ignored me.

put in last 7 of your VIN it will show latest available for your car. you can download onto USB drive and update yourself
