WHEELS -- 17"/7.5" in decent condition. These are quite pricy when new (https://www.autoanything.com/wheels-...-racing-wheels), but this set has a bit of curb rash. Apparently the twin air valves are useful in track applications -- I'm thinking this set might appeal to someone wanting to use these for track days. Or refinish if you have the skills.

TIRES -- The Pirelli P Zero Nero GT 205/45 max-performance summer tires have been on the car during warmer weather for 2016 through today. They have about 12K miles on them. There is 6/32-7/32 tread remaining (~60%-70% remaining life). They are about $130 each new, unmounted.

I would REALLY prefer local pickup, but would consider meeting somewhere within a 50 mile radius of 19317. Shipping is pretty prohibitive and inconvenient and so I will not do that. I am willing to remove the tires and sell wheels only IF the buyer makes a firm and committed offer for an attractive price.

Please do not hesitate to make an offer. Perhaps the flaws offset the value more than my 60% discount vs. what a new set of these mounted and balanced would run (~$1,700). But, on balance I think I am offering the set at a fair price.

Kinda weird in that this could save the buyer a lot of money up front for mounting and balancing. These are good tires with a ton of tread on them.

 

Yep! You got that right! I just went thru this situation trying to sell 3 sets of BMW M3 CSL rep wheels.
I had all the combination sizes: 18x8.5F/18x9.5R (with tires), 19x8.5F/19x9.5R (with tires) 19x9F/19x10R (no tires)
the 19x9/19x10's sold in 2 days, and soon as I took the tires off and sold them separately the 2 other sets sold a week later.
I don't get it, cuz to me its a better deal with the tires on, but found out otherwise.

 

Hate to do this, but it will broaden the customer list a lot! These apparently also fit Miatas, MR2s, older 3-series (not M) BMWs, Saturns, Integras and older Civics, etc. (if you know potentially interested folks please spread the word).

So, I am giving it another week on here. Don't be shy about offers...

How heavy are these wheels?

 

According to this older Tire Rack blurb (below), they weigh 16.8 lbs. I found another reference stating 17.4 lbs. Enkei stopped catalogueing the 4X100 NT03-M's a few years back. Recent Enkei catalogues I found on-line have 5-bolt 18X7.5 wheels at about 18 lbs, so 17 lbs. for the 17" wheels sounds reasonable to me...

Be aware that the listed $159 "closeout" price from 2011 is not available anywhere on line today. New ones are about $265 delivered. Used ones are about what I am asking.

FYI, I had shipped wheels with tires across the country (NY to Washington) for about $100. I banded them together (face to face with cardboard), and shipped them in pairs via fed-ex. It was less than I expected.
