JB+ Users, how much boost are you getting?

Morning all,

I've recently purchased a secondhand JB+ off a member here. I started at 50% and moved it up to 100% over the course of a couple weeks. This has been my experience so far running exclusively 93 octane in my 2011 MINI Cooper S. Even at 50% it felt as if the boost would come on earlier and harder, and that had continued through settings.

However, I've seen some reports of people getting upwards of 18-20PSI at 100%. I'm wondering if that is common or if perhaps the car hadn't adjusted properly. I'm tempted to take it out for a couple of driving sessions and replace it about two notches below max.

Regular/Overboost
50% 13/15PSI
75% 14/16PSI
100% 15/17PSI

Is something wrong or is that the expected increase? I don't want to settle with messing with it until I know it's as optimal as it can be. Also, I am missing 1/3 bolts that connects the BOV to the turbo (list it when I replaced the spring). I'm ordering a few spare, but could that likely have an effect? It's on there pretty damn right as far as I can tell even missing the bottom right bolt.

Thanks everyone! Have a wonderful day!
