Cool Sun shades

hi guys. I’m soon to pick up my 19 pw/b MCSc, signature package, some extras and malt brown interior. I’m curious if anyone has found a windshield sun shade they use while parking and what you do with it when the top is down. I live in GA AND AM IN FL frequently so parking in the sun is unavoidable.
thanks,

I bought mine from artistic reflections for my F56... it doesn’t match my F57 so I will probably sell it and replace it with the stock silver MINI front shade. As far as the interior, I close the top whenever I park..... LOL.

Thanks job. Perhaps I should have been more precise. I intended to ask if you need to put it in the boot while driving with the top down or if you can place it on the rear floor without it blowing away? Thanks again. :-)

You’re welcome. I keep mine in the back seat, but it is inside the pouch that it came in, plus I have a windscreen.

I have the official MINI sunshade and keep it in the vinyl pouch that it came in, behind the front passenger's seat. This keeps it out of the way from me while driving around and puts it within arm's reach for when I park so I don't have to get out of the car to retrieve it, only to get back in the car to install it.

I bought the WeatherTech shade designed specifically for the MINI. (TSO968 for 2018). Perfect fit, and working well so far in our 100º days. Can't wait until winter to see if the reverse black side really does keep my car warmer in winter like they say. I had never considered that...

You may also want to consider a bikini top for the cloth convert top when parked. UV rays hate converts and bikini tops aren’t that expensive.

Thanks everyone. I had a weather tech shared for my pre-mini Toyota that now works good enough in my wife’s Lexus suv. It was pretty bulky when rolled up, though. I received a 15% discount email from the dealer so I’ll likely go with the MINI brand.
