AMSOIL Auto Trans 2013 MC S R56??
Would u tell me exactly which AMSOIL that fit for my 2013 MC S R56 PLZ?

They both meet the JWS 3309 spec which is what your year MINI takes.

I used the black bottle Amsoil in an 07' R56 MCS Auto for a few years while tracking the car quite a bit. always worked great.
