R60 OEM projector headlight tab damaged upon delivery

OEM projector headlight tab damaged upon delivery
Purchased these headlights from Flow Mini in NC, and the rear thin tab that looks like it has a square hole was sheared off on both headlights. Can anyone tell me how important these tabs are and what its attached to? They are going to be sending me a new set, but worried that since these are flimsy that they might break again in shipping. Trying to see if its even worth getting a new set from them or having them discount these?

Yes they help them stay in place and hold them down. They should be ok on the new ones, we had maybe one pair come like that from MINI, like they were broke from shipping from the main place overseas.
