Radio Upgrade for '14 Paceman?

I just purchased a '14 Paceman S Cooper Works and love it, just wish the controls were newer.
Wondering what kind of options I have for updating from the standard radio to what you see in the newer Minis. I'm not just referring to the radio insert but I would like to replace the whole circular speedometer display with a digital one, ideally touch screen

MarioKart has added in one, it wasn't too costly from what I remember.

When it comes to power, engine, exhaust, interior the Paceman is going to share 99% of the parts with the Countryman. Exterior will be very similar on the front end as the CM as well.
