Rear Bumper PO Upgrade

Does anyone know what the items circled in red are ,picked up this Mini and it had this mod , they really dont go anywhere looks maybe it could be for some type of rack

It's the MINIFINI sport link attachment. You can put all kinds of accessories on it as they had a tow bar, bike rack, spare tire carrier, and so on.

Thanks for the quick answer, seems to be an expensive little set up even the attachments are highly priced wow
