Puddle Lights for 2010 r56

I just got a r56 base model for Christmas, horizon blue metallic. I really want to change the puddle lights to be blue as well, and anything else to make the appearance of the car better. What lights should i get and what do you guys recommend?

Congrats

Ziza lights, I have them and they are a white with a tint of blue. Also they are on sale right now, we also have an install PDF on the main kit linked. Thats my old R56 with them. No bulb out errors either.

Or For the MINI version puddle lights:

Or the Go Badges versions, they have a lot to choose from. Not just union jack.

Wire Adapters may be necessary

Some aftermarket and MINI puddle lights don't play well with the wiring harness - particularly in the passenger (US) side. The wires on my 2009 were not long enough for the replacement MINI puddle lights I purchased because the terminal on the lights was more inset than the originals.

This adapter might help-

I've brought 2 pairs of these puddle lights off ebay and within 6 to 8 months the image seems to burn up.

I'd like to know if the ones brought from Mini last longer?

This is twice now a thread has stopped with this question. Don't wanna pay 30 bucks if it only lasts a year.

the puddle lights from gobadges.com have image inserts that can be replaced/changed

from their listing for the lights:
To extend the life of the LED Puddle Lights, avoid leaving the doors open for an extended period of time (5 minutes or longer).
The lenses will fade over time or even burn out if the doors are left open for extended periods of time, such as; cleaning the interior and/or when the car is being serviced.

two sets of replacement 'inserts' are $5.99 right now .... that's 4 individual lens. Assorted images available. I find I change the driver side about every 6 months and the pass' side annual. aka replace the insert for less than a buck . . . takes about a minute to swap out. https://www.gobadges.com/led-door-li...ment-parts.htm

looking at this

appears the lens insert is exactly the same ... I'll bet the only difference is GoBadges can't sell a MINI logo .....

Yeah, I read the disclaimer about not leaving door open but it seems some were saying, they burn out regardless. I guess if you have extra inserts, its not big deal. Thanks again for response.
