Hello all and Merry Christmas. We moved to Oahu in mid October and I just picked up an '03 MCS last Sunday. I hope to find some local MC owners. I'm in Wahiawa.

 

Welcome to the forum. Hawaii huh? I spent a year there one month in '79. Nice place although I'm sure it's changed a lot since then. Post some pics of your Mini when you get a chance, and Merry Christmas to you.

Welcome and Congrats. We have many customers in HI so you should be able to find a good group of owners.

 

I was last here on vacay with my parents back in '84. I was 13 then. lol I'm loving it this time around too. I'm here with my fam so it's nothing but peace and blessings and a Mini. lol We're heading to the beach later so I'll click a few pix and post them then.

Mahalo. I'm looking forward to some fun times with this vehicle. I've longed for one every since I watched the latest "Italian Job movie on base in San Diego back in '03. The dream is now reality!

Been on the Tail of Dragon, the Back of the Dragon and the Snake with my MINI. Would love to get over to Maui and take the road to Hana with it.

 

Nah. I'm not in any longer. I got out in '06. Federal employment brought us here and since I'm a vet too, we're allowed to reside in base/post housing. It's actually pretty nice considering we'renot going to buy here. I have a small piece of backyard to maintain and that's it. I'm in my paradise. lol

 

I'm not familiar with any of those being a complete been but "I ain't scurd!" I'd love to drive all of those as I consider myself a bit of a driving enthusiast. That's another reason for me joining a forum.

Ah, I can see clearly now the rain is gone. lol I thought, perhaps, that there were stretches here on Oahu named after those famous twisty roadways. Boy do I feel like mud spelled backwards. #BugsBunny I am from TX. We're not slow; we just prefer to take our time. lol
