I think this is pulley puller ... please correct me if I am wrong .

What brand is this ?

 

That may be a Way Motors JCW pulley puller. Could be just a normal SC pulley but regardless pretty sure that is Way's emblem.

That is actually one of the old style supercharger pulley pullers from MINI Madness.

 

That's the Madness Motorworks logo, but their website shows a puller that looks like the half shell puller everyone sells. Maybe it's an old design, prototype, or for the smaller JCW pulley? I would contact them for more info.
