The CNT pipe gave a CEL, right? Tune will get rid of light?

Yes, its a guaranteed CEL but a tune will take care of it permanently. The CNT could go around 100 miles without a CEL whereas the Milltek was laughably fast, maybe 10-15 miles.

They're really not hard to change, I had the stock downpipe back on in about 45 minutes yesterday.

Did you notice some distinct differences switching down pipes? I have an Akropovic catted DP now, I am looking at going catless. I've heard there are horsepower gains, and a lower tone.

The catless is definitely somewhat louder but both sounded excellent with the JCW exhaust also on the car but no noticeable power difference.
