I was just wondering if anybody else had a problem/wait on items from TVA in California. I ordered two items from them for the first time (arm rest/dashboard storage unit) back on 7/30. I called about a month ago and they said they were hoping the shipment would come in by the end of the week and that they'd have it out to me right away, but still nothing.... I'll call again, but, geez, shouldn't it be their job to let me know what's going on with such a delay as this?

It's definitely been a long time. I'd ask for definitive answers to when I'm getting my stuff or I'd get my money back. Also, they should keep you posted via e-mail. I ordered an "elbo landing device" from them a couple of months ago and had it in about 6 days.

I sent them an E-mail and got a reply the same day. They said they got some elbow rests in and they were "defective" and the manufacturer said they would have a new shipment to them in ASAP. As it turns out, they JUST got the shipment in yesterday (the day I E-mailed them). Imagine that! I know I'm getting the run around - too many coincidences and scrambling to cover up past statements made, but they say they will ship on Thursday with 2-3 priority mail....We'll see!!!
