I Feel Bad For Asking, But...
Could some of you with 2005's post a picture of what the entire interior looks like at night? Without flash of course
I'm really curious as to what kind of effect the LEDs make and what everything looks like all lit up. The only thing I've seen is the speedometer lit up.
I'd also like to ask if there is a dynamic redline on the tach. It looks as if the redline can change as the car warms up, like in the M5. How long does it take for the engine to revert back to the normal redline, and does it have to be below freezing for it to revert to what could be the 5,500 rpm redline?
Thank you very much:smile:

What are these little dashes that look like they are able to be lit up? I would assume that those lines that are lit up indicating redline, look just like those that aren't lit up when the lights are off...?
The little unlit dashes are so that the same tachometer can be used in the MINI One, the MINI One-D, the MINI Cooper and the MINI Cooper-S. Each has a different maximum RPM.
Each vehicle tells the tachometer what the redline is, and the proper LEDs light.
No one has reported the lights changing during a run, or after breakin or anything like that.
