I can't say enough about Hassell Mini in Freeport LI.
They are simply....terrific...
Alex, Daryl & Streve...are...incredible.
Here's what got fixed ...today....a few hours of my morn'n ...but well worth the time spent.

1. front & rear wipers: streak windshields & leave black rubber on windshield:FIXED

2. driver & passenger seats: do not automatically slide forward when you engage the seat levers:FIXED

3. computer readout: incorrect posting of average MHP:FIXED

4. coolant container: leaking , residue on the heat shield:FIXED

5. sun-roof rattle: passenger side front…sporadic:FIXED

6. brakes: spongy, excessive brake dust:FIXED

7. yo-yo in 2nd gear…acceleration not smooth….unless you floor gas pedal:FIXED

8. lapis leather driver’s seat base panel….defective: ORDERED NEW SEAT

Not a bad day...huh.....

They re-did the 3.1 upgrade and "Chyna Blue" is a new gal.....
Runs like a top...as we old folk....say

Peace
D

Dude, I could have told you that , everyone there is great, they really go the distance for their clients, I'm in CT and won't take my car to the local MINI dealer for anything, the 2.5 hour drive to get there is well worth the trip.

Hey D, what did they do to fix the "excessive brake dust"? Or did they just fix the mushiness?

Nice to hear that a place called Hassel didn't give you a hassle!

First service experience with MINI of N. Scottsdale was great. Knowledgable about the MINI, fixed everything, ahead of schedule and offered loaner cars. Great service!
