R60 front end vibration and noise on turning left

front end vibration and noise on turning left
I have a two year old R60. ALL4.
It developped a grinding clunking when I steer left at higher speeds (70km or so) also has a vibration. Just started yesterday.
I already had a service appointment for tomorrow at the dealership, about 90 mins drive away. I am not feeling very comfortable about driving that far, half mountain roads and half highway.
I have googled potential issues and some make me feel like driving is a bad plan. Any thoughts?
