07/04 build rear fog retrofit.

I'm having trouble finding instructions to install rear fog. I have all of the parts. But I need to know where to place the pin on the wire. Anybody have a lead. I found a link to nam but the file was gone.

Thank you. That is for front fog. I'm looking for the rear fog (red light in rear bumper) retrofit instructions. Apparently cars build between 07/04 and 10/04 did not come with the wire pre installed. I bought the wire, but I have no idea where to plug it in. Hours of Google searches keep bringing me to the same link but the file is now not posted.

Have you also retrofitted the facelift tail light housings? If not you will no longer have a reverse light, which is dangerous and also quite illegal.

Look again. The document covers both front and rear fogs, including 07/04-10/04.

I'm actually working on a new to me car. It is an early 05 JCW. Facelift car. But I'm actually putting pre facelift euro taillights on it. Turning the clear turn signals into the reverse, the upper rear fog will be the turn signal, and the rear fog, in the bumper needs to be rebuilt because surprise, I have a trailer hitch. But really I just need to know what pin the rear fog wire plugs into. So I can get the switch bank programmed and then move forward with my build.

You can reprogram the toggle rack (BCM) to customize it? I had no idea.

Not to customize it. To enable the rear fog function.
