Yea the white doesn't look well, the black however is pretty cool on them. The fiat sounds awesome though

The new Fiat and 1st Gen MINI share same designer, why the tail lights are so similar.
I like the Fiat concept, especially the Abarth. They are getting off to a rocky start. Probably should have spent more $ perfecting their first models instead of reaching out producing AWD version since you gotta walk before you run, but guess we see what happens. So far anyone I know who has purchased one ended up back in a MINI, either because they just missed the brand or had terrible issues with their maintenance and service, or lack thereof. What happened to his B-Spec style red mirror caps ? Not feeling the stripes though...sorry, maybe its a French thing. To each their own that's what makes cars like this great.

They did a pretty good job honoring the former design.

That's funny. Guess if you don't call his car a goose egg he won't call yours a carp.

I've never driven one but they are very recognizable, like the Mini. I saw one with a similar color scheme (dark grey or black, red roof/mirrors) in Phoenix recently. I've heard the regular Fiats are pretty sled-like to drive. The Abarth has about the same HP as the G3 Justa right?

It's a super cute Fiat, but I'd take the MINI in a heartbeat.

He bought it for his wife- Its a classic "chick" car.

Fiat marketed it towards females when the featured "J-Lo" in a commercial driving around mid town Manhattan in one when it was 1st released (like she really drives one-right!!!)

I would not want to be seen driving it.

Wait, I thought MINI was also...

Gotta be careful saying that, as a MINI owner. Reminds me of one time I was at the MINI service department waiting to get checked in. 5 customers ahead of me, all women.

True!.
many Mini model variants appeal to the female side.

Let me know how many modded out JCW's women owners u see next time at the service counter?

Last checked, woman = 63% of MINI purchases, except for when it comes to John Cooper Works models, just the opposite. And then there's that whole new Defy Labels ad thing....

LOL. It's because of my wife that we went to the dealership and checked out the MINI.

Don't forget his "goose egg" cost about half the cost of yours!
I test drove an Abarth for fun and if I didn't already have my JCW Clubman I would have bought it on the spot. Super fun, and the sound is AMAZING!

As a matter of fact she got into an accident in one, smashed into LeBrons KIA.

We have both currently a 12 fiat and a 13 cooper. Pretty much the same car. Mini's Driving position is better other than that a roller skate is a roller skate lol. The early 2000's minis are the best. These newer ones are to fat. Even Fiat couldnt keep them small

Other than the bulbous snout required for pedestrian-auto forward collisions the new mini is great, but mostly due to the B48 powerplant in the S and JCWs. I haven't driven the 3 banger, but is has received good reviews. I am not a fan of the Fiat design, but to each their own.

Do you have the totals / percentage for the Countryman Vs Hardtop ? I know that MINI corp sends out info to dealerships.
