Turbo Woes

Hello, a few weeks ago my service light came on. Just recently I noticed my car was down on power, when i punch it there is also a bit of a wine. Following this i checked the engine oil and found it to be slightly above the bottom bar, down from the previus time i check it maybe a week ago. I took off the line and started the car to make sure oil was coming through the line which it was. I will probably get new crush washers tomorrow put the line back on tomorrow to see what happens. What do you all think i should do, do i need a new turbo? I have a 2008 r56 S would this one fit if i do need a new turbo. Thanks any info will help.
Turbo i found on ebay.

What makes you think it's the turbo? Have you had the codes read?

I had the codes read the other day at autozone and they said nothing came up. He said I should go to a mechanic to get it checked though. I also believe it is the turbo because of the noise it makes at higher Rpms and because it's down on power.

I would recommend more diagnostic before spending $500 on a turbo, that may not fix the problem.

Have you checked for shaft play yet? Remove the intake tube with the car off and cool, and try to wiggle the turbine shaft by hand. If you feel play or see contact between the compressor wheel and housing you'll confirm your needing a turbo.
