New here, So When change timing chain, you need a tool when reinstalling the Cam Shaft Seal, but where can this tool be purchased. Can't seem to find the tool any where. The new seal is pressed back in Correct? Any help?

 

The OEM seal will come with a guide. No special tool needed. Its a very simple job you'll be fine. Follow the how to threads.

 

You mean the front crank seal? As stated it should have come with a guide sleeve if you bought an OE seal, if you bought an aftermarket seal you can install it prior to reinstalling the crank hub. It's not the most optimal way of doing it, but if you don't have the install sleeve it's really your only choice.
