Does anyone have studded 205/55/17 tires?

Hey guys, so I just purchased a 2016 countryman s all4 and I have had the most confusing and difficult time with finding tires. I live in Alaska and the roads to my house (especially my super steep driveway) would be better dealt with by studded tires. I was told that I cannot stud blizzak tires but I was wondering about pirelli tires or run-flat tires in general(no one will give me a straight answer except, they should be fine without studs). The all-season pirellis that came stock did okay on the 360 mile journey home but there was a couple sketchy moments. Also, I realize I can't run studs all year but in Alaska we are able to legally run them September 15th to may 1st so its worth it for me. Thanks!

Are you running that size on a countryman? I'm just really a noob when it comes to tires and I would have to order that tire online as no dealers here will order it, I just don't want to run something that will cause issues. Thanks!

It is listed as an alternative size for your 2016 All4 at TireRack.com. Ask them if it is available in the US.

I run the same in NON RF but in 195/55/15 on a Cooper R52. Drives like a tank in the snow. One of the best studded tires. Ran Nokian in the past, good tire, hard to find.
