Under drivers seat mystery

So while peeking around in my new to me '12 CM I noticed a depression with Velcro straps under the drivers seat....what is that for?

My tow hook is under the passenger side. The driver side is for first aid and or ....

That's blank spot is for the mobility kit, one for the machine loop , and one for the round sealant for the Euro market from what I have seen, Also the first aid kit , red one.

Just ordered the belly pan and front washer nozzle covers (to be painted along with the headlight and taillight rings) last night. Thanks for the info.
