Hey guys, looking to get some rims here soon and wondered what suggestions you had. I think the xxr 530 in hyper silver 17in would look amazing but hey don't make them in silver...

 

They look cool, look at the 537s they would look good on the mini

 

I love those wheels, I want a chrome lip when I get mine to complement the chrome accents over my vehicle. I was thinking all chrome, if done properly, could be a very clean look. Fine line, however, between clean and tacky

 

Yeah, does any one know of any rim that is similar to the 530's

 

Those rims remind me of the R113 JCW LM Rad Cross Spoke Wheel. They come in black with a red stripe along the edge. I personally don't like glossy black rims but on a red car, they can look very cool. I have the R105 JCW Double Spoke Wheel in slight mat black and absolutely love them. They are made well for all those pot holes. You won't get any cracks or bends when you hit them. There a little pricey but you won't regret the buy.

 

Ill have to look at those rims. But I do agree with you on the silver vs black. I can paint my stock rims black any time I want to. I've been looking for the past week and I think I might try to get esm 004's (bbs lm replica)

 

I like the xxr look on the MINI's. Gives it a good meaty stance. You could always powder coat them hyper silver.
