I just bought a Midnight Black Metallic 2014 F56 Mini Next vehicle. It only had 8459 miles on it. It came with a ton of "Vivid Green" accessories on it (scuttles, rear view mirror cover, floor mats, door sils 3 window shades and probably the green design that went on the side (removed)). Whats everyone's opinion about the "Vivid Green"?
Also it came with a ton of options, to many to list. But one it came with was a "Hot Climate Version". Any ideas as to what that is? I bought it from Mini of Tempe, AZ (desert). So is that why? Whats different?
Good question, cooled seats maybe? Might say something about it in the owners manual. I'm in north Phoenix, anything that helps with the hot summers here gets my vote..
My F56 was built with "hot climate" and "cold climate" and there was nothing I could do about it. It's baked into how MINI builds cars per country and/or region. Looking into the ETK and RealOEM parts systems, it doesn't appear there are separate radiators or HVAC systems available, so it could be just a verbiage for where it's built for and nothing that the customers should bother themselves with. So, don't worry about, just enjoy the car!
Love the upholstery too, btw. Let's see a full-MINI photo shoot!
