The Sheriff is scheduled for production on August 17. ASK MINI stated the same but also said it had a requested production week 32 which was this week. Does anyone out there know when the blokes are gonna spit out the drop tops?

I can't figure out which week is what Ask MINI told me mine would be out of production by week 37 & then said that's the last week of August. I can't figure it out

Week 32 = Aug 2 completion.


Week 37 = Sept. 7 completion.

 

They're already being delivered to customers in Britain...the brits are working out the kinks.

 

ASK MINI recently answered my own question as mine went into production on August 5. That should be good news for all Cabrio owners.

 

Guess I better call on Monday. That's great news

My Mini Cooper S Cabrio is in the paint shop and is scheduled for completion on August 10th!

Sportty specs are:
Hot Orange / Black Top / Exterior Chrome / White Bonnet Stripes
Black Leather Interior / Interior Chrome / Hot Orange Dash / Chrono
Sports / Premium / Cold Weather Packages

I can hardly wait until she makes it all the way to San Francisco! Hopefully we'll get a month or two of good weather before the top goes up!

German spec are on the road.

 

Sportty was officially completed today! She should be heading to the port to await transfer in the next few days! All said, she should make it to the West Coast by late September.

I think you are the first car off the line. Good luck and the top stays down all the time. If you drive fast enough, the fog will skip the cockpit!
