Does anyone know the outer diameter for the tube that is used on the minimadness cold air intake?

It uses the factory tube...

 

It's 2 1/2". The stock rubber elbow will fit a 2 5/8" tube.

I just ordered a S&B cone. I ordered it with a 2.5 diameter flange. I ordered the 7 inch. I assume that is the filter element length excluding the rubber flange the fits over the tube??
