Anybody know the percentage of stiffness of sport over base i.e. for example I'm reading that the F56 fixed sport susp was 30% stiffer than base, and the Dynamic Damper setup is adjustable +/- 10% stiffer. That's what I'm looking for with the R56 setups......

R56 "sport" suspension ($500 option on MCS and JCW cars) added stiffer springs and shocks with slightly stiffer valving.

However, after 3-8 years on the road, the shocks are either shot or long past their prime (I've never seen an OEM BMW/MINI shock that hasn't lost gas pressure past 50K miles). In other words, I would not pay a penny more for "used" sport vs. regular R56 suspension - you will need to replace both!

The sport also has slightly larger sway bars than the 'normal' suspension. Also notice that the MCS suspension is stiffer than the base Cooper suspension.
