Corbeau Race Seats (Black) w/ Mounting Hardware and double lock Track 950.oo

I bought these from another MINI member and I installed them, I dont like them, it a personal thing, so now they are for sale. I will ship (at exact cost via Greyhound).

The Good:

Excellent Over all condition, still smell new
Firm padding
Complete and ready to bolt in
Reclining and fold forward

The Bad: (which by the way was not disclosed to me upon purchase)

Drive Side had a bolt that holds the seat belt Mechanism in place sheared off, I have since re-drilled and tapped this.
One of the upper 5 point harness thru-holes looks like it was glued and it is in place and works but really should be replaced.

In leather, they have a black shiny plastic back.

 

These are great seats, used to have them in another show car of mine. If these were cloth I would definitely have bought them from ya. GLWS.

How did you shut the air bag lights off?

 

I did not, but my understanding is you can use a resistor and some programing of the body control module on the 05/06.

OR

go low tech and use tape.

 

Are these heated, I noticed the heater buttons in your pic.

 

No heater, but that can be added as an option

 

Just curious what your dislike with these are?

ista/p has retrofit programming for both seats
