On the miniusa website it shows the new kit to be compatible with the MINI Cooper 2 door - 2011 - 2015 and MINI Cooper S 2 door - 2002 - 2015.

Nothing about an F55 though...

Different parts and different prices for different years/models - all grouped behind the 'JCW Tuning Kit' button. The highest price is $5,334, the two 2011s are $2,599.00 and $2,189.00, and the 2015 S is $1,909.

Finally found the link you're talking about on ShopMINIUSA. The Tuning Kit links for 2011 - 2015 Cooper models shouldn't be there. The only JCW Tuning Kits made for Cooper models were those for the 1st Gen ... an actual Tuning Kit and a Sound Kit.

The OP is asking if the newest kit with the "valved exhaust" will fit an R56. I seriously doubt it will.

How Come the Guy Before You

is quoting prices for the 2011 Gen 2 if there is no kit for that?

And the You Tube ad was just produced like this week.

I'm calling Sewell Mini of Plano and talking to the service manager about this. Maybe it's not a dream. Have them install a kit Hell yeah! If they screw it up it on them to fix it. hahaha love it.

The MINI in the YouTube video is a F56 MCS.

There are JCW Tuning Kits for the R56 MCS (one for the N14 and another for the N18 engine) but they don't have a valved exhaust like the kit for the F56.

F56 S MINI JCW Tuning kit to R56 , nope not direct fit by a long shot. Unless you want to hack things up and have ton of exhaust work.I don't know how you would get the valvtronic to tap in and work.

You have a Factory JCW so once the car warms up and hit the sport button, you should have a nice burble and growl.

Correct. The R56's already had/have tuning kits. They're similar to the new F56 tuning kit, but they do not have the valvetronic exhaust system. You already have the upgraded exhaust for the R56 series since you have a fJCW.
