Does anyone know if 245/45/19 tires will fit without any rubbing on a 2015 Countryman S? All stock suspension no mods yet.

 

well, considering the standard size is 225/40R19, you will surely screw up your speedo with 245/45R19

That's over 6% difference in diameter. Over 3% is not recommended. Even more so with an ALL4 system

And you'll add more than 1.5 inches to the diameter

 

i am running 205/70R16 winter tires with OD of 27.3 inches and could not get any larger size od to fit without rubbing

245/45R19s are 27.8 inch OD and i do not think they will fit without rubbing also will probably rub on the struts on the inside and or fendrr on the outside due to the width

my speedo reads 0.9 mph UNDER actual speed with the 27.3 inch OD tires

 

Thanks for the info. I guess the 245/45/19's are out. I will keep searching for some decent 225/40/19's
