TSW X-Brace Fitment Question

Awaiting TSW X-brace from Way Motor Worksin the mail. I have an Invidia Q300 2.5" cat-back exhaust and am wondering if the brace will clear it. I ask because on the website a reviewer noted minor clearance issues with said exhaust.

Also has anyone installed this brace noticed a reduction or elimination of sunroof squeak and dash rattle over large bumps? This is one of the reasons I purchased the brace. It's maddening!!! I feel the R56 chassis has excellent torsional rigidity but it still manages to flex on Rhode Islands truly horrible roads.

I still have some squeaks and rattles in the car with the new brace. I try not to let those things bother me, but that is me. I enjoy the windows down summer driving (I had to remove the brace for the winter, it was painful listening to the ice chunks hitting it).

The car does feel better over washboard pavement. I replaced the control arm bushings at the same time, so I don't know which parts contributed more to that.

There is about an inch of clearance between the brace and fJCW exhaust on my car. The brace crosses a few inches behind the front exhaust hangers, for reference.

You won't regret having it.

Have fun,
Mike

Good to hear I'm all for reducing unnecessary chassis flex. The list below shows approximate torsional rigidity. Unfortunately I can't find any specs on the R56, I assume it's higher due to the R56's improved front strut tower design. All values are in Nm/deg
