- $$$ SOLD $$$ Swift Spec-R Springs (these ones) - $$$ SOLD $$$ $150 condition 6/10.
Had these on two different r56s for a total of about 50K mi. AWESOME linear rate springs, totally transform the car. You can take a look at the pics of the original install / ride height here. You can see in the pics there are some cosmetic flaws. One side of the rears was rubbing on a sway bar endlink (until I rectified that with NM endlinks) and rubbed the powder coat off in that spot. Also the coils on the top rest on each other under load and also the powdercoat goes under those conditions. Still lots of life left in these bad boys though.

Approx 20K Mi on them. Great plates. Fitment is good, no noise. These still function flawlessly, they just aren't shiny and new.

The rest of this stuff are just parts I'm not going to use and I'm just looking to get enough $$ to cover shipping plus a little for my time to get them to someone who can put them to good use.

-Aluminum hub centric rings (73mm to 56.1mm). Brand new, never installed. I ordered these and didn't need them and never got around to sending them back.

-Front bumper tow hook cover (Astro Black).

-OEM hood scoop grille.

- $$$ SOLD $$$ Full set of OEM brakes pads $$$ SOLD $$$ with less than 500mi on them (swapped for EBC yellows).

-$$$ SOLD $$$ WMW shortened urethane bumpstops for lowered suspensions (these ones) $$$ SOLD $$$ Brand new, never installed.

-$$$ SOLD $$$ OEM Ignition coil packs $$$ SOLD $$$(set of 4) from 2007 r56. Pulled these out at 40k mi and replaced them when I thought they were bad, only to find that it was the accessory high pressure fuel pump that was bad, not the coil packs.

Thats a nice suspension setup for someone, add a set of Koni yellows and you have an awesome bin of parts for about $1000. I like my set of IE fixed camber plates.
