Bought this and decided I did not like the look... I am one of the foolish who drilled their bumpers...

It is not. I ordered it in February but for the life of me I cannot remember where I ordered it from. I have added a photo of the mount. There is the mount, the rod that threads into the tow hook opening and the bolt that connects the two.
