I will try to post some phone pics in the AM. Be reminded that I am too lazy to clean these things, and that is a big part of why they are so cheap.

Northeast is the region of the country. I am in NW DC, Columbia Heights to be more precise.

I will try to post some pics a little later today, but wheels won't be available until Sunday afternoon, as we are going away for the weekend. Looks like I underpriced these, but I'd rather sell too fast than too slow!
