High pitched squeal - intermittent

I have a puzzling issue that I'm hoping you can help me resolve. I have a 2011 MCS that has been squealing like brakes but I'm not even hitting the brakes. It's intermittent, coming from what sounds like the front right side and resolves after about 3 mins of driving.

I switched to non-run flats about two months ago with no issues what-so-ever. However, now that the temp has dropped quickly and drastically (thanks Texas) the squealing has started. Not sure if that's related because the squealing doesn't appear to line up with any tire or brake actions.

I turned off my heat/ac to see if it could be a fan belt, but that didn't fix it, either.

Please help!
