What day of week was your MINI built and how reliable has it been?

What day of week was your MINI built and how reliable has it been? Im already concerned about having ordered a MINI Countryman S in terms of reliability and to my dismay my car was just built last FRIDAY. Which is widely known as the worst day to have a car built because workers are tired from week and ready for weekend.

So lets see if its true, what day was yours built and how reliable has it been?

I can get the calendar week and year from the odometer test menu 1.4
(0803 = eighth week in 2003), but not sure how to get the day of the week.

MINIs (at least the hard tops built in Oxford) take 8 days to be built.

This site gave me the day, also, as well as all the options
http://www.bmwarchive.org/vin/bmw-vin-decoder.html
27/2/2003 - a Thursday.
Only main problem was my Midlands recently crapping out after 11+ years.
Now it has a 6 speed Getrag with a Quaife LSD!!
A normal amount of other minor things over the years.

Interestingly, the build date stickers on the car say March 2003.

Tuesday. Feb 5th 2013.

Had a boost pressure sensor fail at like 1200 miles fixed warranty
Drivers wiper chattering fixed myself

My car is odd though. It sat on a dealer lot for 15 months before I bought it. What a steal of a deal I got. They had to unload it and I just happen to be looking. Kept them adjusting the price for 2 weeks.

My date is 08/28/2010 -- Which is a saturday...

The only real problem I've had in the 57k that's on it is the HPFP.
