I have access to a nice stash of 225/40/18 Michelins. I know they're a bit big, but...

What about running them on an 18x8 wheel, figure a 40ish offset? That "should" fit.

To go one further, I want white wheels (to match my white roof & mirrors).

Have you run that size? Do you know of a wheel that matches my specs?

18x8 et40 is aggressive enough you may need some fender lip modification. 225/40 is definitely tall enough to rub.
