NYC area ONLY!

We are designing a plug-n-play, speaker-only (i.e. non-amplified) upgrade for MINIs that have the standard 6-speaker sound system. We already have prototypes in-hand, and need 2 vehicles to do audio testing & measurement.

What do we need?

(1) R55, R56, R57, R58, or R59 with the standard 6-speaker audio system*.
(1) R60 with the standard 6-speaker audio system*.

*If you do NOT have tweeters in your A-pillars (at the bottom outside corner of the windshield/dash), then you have the standard 6-speaker audio system


What's in it for you?

Free speakers. Yes, really. You'll get a free, installed set of the new speakers.


What are you going to do with the car?

We need to take acoustic measurements to design the crossovers. Once the final versions are ready, we'll need the vehicle back to install them and take measurements to confirm the design is correct.


What's expected of me?

You'd need to bring the vehicle to our Brooklyn R&D facility on two occasions for 1-2 days. We have a loaner vehicle for your use while your car is with us.
