i have for sale the short block and getrag 6spd left over from my part out

trans has 135k on it but was rebuilt 16k miles ago. a quaife lsd was installed at that time as well. asking 700 obo picked up

shortblock has wiseco drop in pistons and arp rod bolts with ~200 miles since rebuild. also looking for 700 obo picked up

both items are located in mine hill, nj

 

I got a friend that needs a motor not sure if his head is good or not yet. I might take the trans if he pays for gas.

What else was done to the trans when it was "rebuilt?"

Should this motor be a drop in or do you think it needs re-rebuilt?

On the motor was anything done with the bores?
Did you test the compression ofter the rebuild?
Did you plastigauge the bearings?

 

New syncros and bearings in the Trans, block was honed just to freshen up the walls, the bearings were measured to spec with mic's instead of plasti gauge and compression was 150 across the board. I have a local guy interested in the block.

 

Are (or can) you ship at buyers expense?
