I see you have a 2013 R56 - I do too, but mine didn't come with these (and I bought it brand new). I have been looking for information on whether or not these came standard with all Mini Coopers or if it was an accessory at purchase, but so far, I've come up with conflicting answers. I have heard that they did in fact come standard, as your post suggests, but one of my MA's said it was an optional accessory and that I could purchase it if I wanted. Another MA however, at the same dealership, didn't answer my question, but told me she'd see if they had any lying around or she'd get one in and send it to me. So, do you have any idea what the real answer is?

I think it depends on the dealership if they want to "purchase" it for you as a courtesy for buying a car from them. Not entirely sure. But it did come with the 2 mini's that I have purchased. From the same dealership at least.
