r53 coilovers on an r56?

Hey All,

So i may have gotten a great deal on a virtually brand new set of BC coilovers. The problem is that they are for an r53 and I drive a 2008 r56. I was wondering if anyone has every tried this personally. I hear that with the right washer/bushing in the rear, it is possible. How would it sit? do you think the ride would be rough?

Weigh in!

Thanks

The lower mounts in the rear are different, as well as the strut mount up front.

If you have them already, sell them to a Gen 1 owner and buy a set for your application.
