where to find ac coolant pressure range

So I need to recharge my girlfriend's AC before our 3hr road trip in 80F weather (yay for leaving things for the last minute ) and on some reviews of the DIY kits I read that the gauges they come with recommend a much higher psi. This one guy said at the ambient temp the gauge recommended 45-55psi while the factory range for his Outback at that same temp and 1500rpm was 18-28psi. I know that overcharging is bad, so where could I find this info? Is it in the owners manual, service manual or what? (btw, its a 2004 Sonata, but finding it should be the same way as you find it for our Minis). I've done various google searches for "2004 Hyundai Sonata ac coolant pressure" and stuff but no answers. So if anyone knows where to typically find this info I'd love to know. Thanks!
