JCW R113 tire suggestions

Hello,

The OEM 205/40/18 that are on now are pretty much done, so need to get a new set of tires. Looking to ditch the RFT and get non RFT. Would 215/40/18 fit without any issues, as there are more choices available. Found a set of Continental DWS for a decent price. Would anyone recommend it? Or Any other recommendations? Thanks

I have Conti DWs on my R58 JCW, great tire for the price but have only
heard that the DWS are a good tire for all season.

Thanks for the feedback. Did you have any issues, fitting the tire on the rims?

Yes, 215/40-18 will fit your rims and your OEM suspension. Tire diameter is a little taller than OEM but fine at 24.8".

In that size-

Continental DWS (Ultra High Perf All Season)
$150 each 540 treadwear, Good for comfortable street use and in cold weather, some snow, and longer wearing.
Continental DW (Max Summer)
$151 each, 340 treadwear, more performance oriented than DWS with faster wear, only warm weather use. Comfortable for street use.

Another option is
Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 (UHP all season)
$146 each, 500 treadwear. Good handling street tire, good wear, three season, not as comfortable riding as the DWS.
