New mini owner!

Hey guys, new mini r53 owner here on the east coast. Maryland to be exact! Anybody know of any shops in the region? I come from a pretty extensive VW/Audi background but the mini world is completely foreign to me...so far I love this little go kart on meth though!

Welcome to NAM, and congrats on your MINI! You can check here as a start to your search. An experienced, independent mechanic is invaluable, to be sure. I've also referred other owners to a site called Sooper Cooper (just Google for it), but it appears they're having issues right now. At least I hope it's just "technical difficulties", and the site isn't gone for good.

Either way, good luck!

PS: you might also try to find a local MINI club, as members there should surely have some helpful suggestions too.

I'm right down the road from you in Carroll County- here's a good place, though I have been able to do all my maintenance myself so far.
