Comfort Access slow to react when locking

Hi I like to know to those who have comfort access have the same problem like mine? When I get out of my car and press the button on the handle it takes few seconds to lock, sometime a few presses. Just replaced the battery on the remote. To unlock its fine but to lock just slow reaction??

Any feedback will be helpful.

Yep, sounds about right. Sometimes it will lock/unlock right away, sometimes after a couple long presses, sometimes I give up and push the button on the fob. It's the same on my 2012 R60 and my wife's 2010 R55, both locking and unlocking.

So I did a test with mine, and its not a matter of button-press reaction time, its more of a reaction time from the computer to the FOB. Because I read that people have been having reaction time issues with it and then when I had my car for a couple weeks, I was walking to my car passenger side - pressed the button on the door and nothing happens......press again.......nothing......press again.....nothing. Now I had a couple extra minutes in my afternoon and decided to walk away and try it again. Walked up and this time I pressed and waited until something happened. I want to say it was about a solid second and a half and thats what the pattern has been for me since. I just understand that the car is having to react slightly more slowly to the input from the door.

So used to my Infinitis, locked right away, no delay....maybe Mini needs to update the software
