Just bought a '03 R53 for day to day driving and something to have fun with. I'm to looking to do some performance upgrades and looking for a good shop. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking to do the following upgrades; pulley, CAI and exhaust

 

Kinetech Motor Werkes in Indian Trail is the place to go. Actual Mini Tech. They just installed a pulley and preformed routine maintenance on my car.

Metro auto works can do pretty much anything you want. We are out in west columbia. Both me and my business partner have MINIs. Congratulations on the new MINI.

 

I too recently adopted an 03 MCS and, although I do most of my own servicing, I could use a knowledgeable tech in all things Mini once in a while. I'll check out the ones named here, but even another savvy local owner willing to talk shop would be a great resource
