Heading to the dyno this Sunday, any tips?

As the title says I am dynoing my MINI this Sunday. Is there anything I should know about? Does turning DSC off fully defeat traction control? What gear is best to run in? I will be running it myself with my friend who has the dyno. This will be his first MINI. Thanks!

An O2 bung that does not have a sensor in it. The dyno will get a better reading than the traditional butt plug way.

Yeah I put that.
