215/40/18 vs. 215/45/17
Greetings,
I'm currently running 215/45/17's on my R56. If I move to 215/40/18's will there be a larger gap in the wheel arch? I don't want to lower my vehicle but also don't want a significantly larger gap than what I have with the 17's.
Does anyone have pics of an R56 with 215/40/18's running stock suspension?
Thanks!

Virtually the same overall height but I've noticed that the smaller sidewall height of the 40 aspect ratio tire tends to make the gap look visually greater on a standard suspension than a 45 aspect ratio. Mine is lowered on NM Springs so I love the look of the 215 40-18.
