Fuel Door Swap S-->Justa

Hey guys!

I've got a '12 JCW and in the process of finally attacking some visual modifications, I've decided I'd prefer the flush fuel door from the Justa instead of the chrome S cap I currently have. Also planning on color matching my door handles at the same time.

In regards to the cap, I've seen a lot of people do the opposite. I'm just curious what parts I'll really need...

Has anybody done/contemplated this swap and has any idea what I'll need to pick up to make it happen?

The parts are readily available from your dealer or one of the online parts dealers (Penske, etc.) for about $60. You'll have to get a body shop to paint the flap to match your car. You can do the swap as a diy if you're handy but it's a little tricky to get the old bits off without damaging them. A quick search over in interior/exterior mods will be very helpful. I went the other way for my justa (I like chrome).

Your car is white silver too? Yeah, that would be great. Send me a PM and we'll work out a day when we can do the swap.

Getting the old pieces off without damaging them is a little tricky. Read this tread https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...s-gas-cap.html all the way thru and you'll see how to remove the old bits without doing any damage. Good luck.
