I don't know who makes them but I have a brand new set of 4 with the stock run flats. I can't tell from your post if you are looking to buy them. Mine came from the factory with the 2014 countryman I bought new last month. I decided to change the wheels before taking delivery so these have never been driven. You can verify that with the dealer if you want. Total cost if you were to but new is approx 3k. They are an expensive pile in the corner of the garage now so I will consider any reasonable offer if you are interested.

Those same wheels came on my used JCW. I really like the standard JCW 18's better. There simply weren't enough tire options with the 19's.
